POLYURETHANE SILK MATTE PANEL DOOR PAINT (4+1)

DEFINITION
It is an alkyd polyurethane resin-based, two-component, silk matt-looking panel door paint. APPLICATION: It is used for painting interior wood panel doors.

NOTE
Drying times are the times that can be obtained when applied in a way that leaves a dry film thickness of 40 microns in one coat under normal conditions. It should be known that the drying time will increase as the application thickness increases and in cold weather.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

Surface Preparation
The application surface must be clean and solid. Polyurethane primed surfaces should be cleaned of dust after sanding.

Ambient conditions
Ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +35°C. In applications to be carried out in closed environments, ventilation should be considered.

Preparation of the Mixture
It is a two-component product and should be prepared in the specified mixture ratio, considering the pot life, as much as the amount to be consumed. In order to obtain a homogeneous mixture, the product temperature should not be less than 15°C. Component A should be mixed in itself, and hardener (component B) should be added by paying attention to the mixing ratio. A and B components should be mixed until homogeneous. It should be brought to the application viscosity with Green Lack Polyurethane thinner. (16-18 sec Dincup4)

Application to the Surface
The mixture, which is ready for application, is applied in two or three cross coats, depending on the desired surface fullness, by air spraying. It is left to cure in a dust-free environment.

Cleaning of Equipment
With polyurethane thinner.

PACKING INFORMATION

STORAGE INFORMATION
The material should be stored in a cool and dry place. The life of the material is 1 year for component A and 6 months for component B when stored properly in its unopened original packaging.
