It is a synthetic alkyd resin-based, solvent-based, matte intermediate coat primer paint. It is used as a mid-coat primer on all kinds of indoor and outdoor surfaces before the topcoat paint, to reduce the consumption of the topcoat paint, to increase the adherence and to increase the protection power of the topcoat paint.
