DEFINITION
INNOPUR COURT AC-300 is a high quality coating with special granulimetric fine 40-60 micron quartz filled, 100% acrylic latex binder, fine textured appearance, and can be produced in special colors upon request.
USAGE PLACES
INNOPUR COURT AC-300 is formulated with fine quartz to control the playing speed. Application with a rubber squeege apparatus or roller creates a very smooth, hard and tear-resistant coating by providing homogeneous distribution of the quartz granules down to the smallest points of the floor. Low temperature or high humidity increases the drying time. The maximum surface temperature is 60˚C.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Before the application of one of the INNOVA Tennis Court Systems, new hot asphalt surfaces must be cured for a minimum of 14 days and new concrete surfaces must be cured for a minimum of 28 days. Old paint, dirt, dust, etc. must be cured. Loose particles such as oil and grease residues should be removed from the surface. Before applying INNOCUR PRECOAT, it should be ensured that the floor is completely dry.
SURFACE REPAIRS
The court surface is wetted with water and left to dry. During drying, water accumulates in the hollow areas. After these areas are determined with chalk, they should be repaired with INNOcur Acrylic Repair Binder after the surface dries completely.
CONSUMPTION
The maximum dilution ratio of INNOPUR COURT AC-300 is 3:1.1 kg. 3 m2 of space can be covered in one coat with the product. However, the consumption still varies depending on the roughness of the surface.

APPLICATION GUIDE
Application
The application of INNOPUR COURT AC-300 should be done with the rubber squeege in the same direction as the floor. If the floor is warm, the floor should be moistened with water spray for a good application. Water should not be allowed to collect on the applied floor. The material is suitable for applications to be made with a roller.
Drying and Curing Time
If INNOPUR COURT AC-300 is applied in two coats, at least 4 hours should be waited between coats for drying, and at least 24 hours should pass for full curing after the topcoat.
CLEANING
All tools used in applications can be cleaned with water without drying.
MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED IN APPLICATION
Weather conditions
INNOPUR COURT AC-300 should never be applied in rainy weather (when it is raining), the surface temperature should be minimum 14˚C and maximum 60˚C for application. It should never be applied above 60˚C.
indoor applications
In indoor applications, high relative humidity, low temperature and insufficient ventilation may delay the drying time. These three factors should be taken into account especially in indoor areas.
frost protection
Since INNOPUR COURT AC-300 is a water-based acrylic polymer, it must be protected from freezing during storage and shipment.
